JOURNEY OF A STUDENT TO AN ENTREPRENEUR
Aishwarya Radhani, A girl who had big dream dreams since her childhood days who just wanted to be financially independent & make her own identity.
At 14, she dreamt of being an interior designer and to follow that passion she took admission in Annamalai University & bachelor of commerce from NEW LJ AHMEDABAD. Little did she knew her love for cosmetics was about to change her life. She liked ORIFLAME’s products since her childhood days and just to get those products at discounted rates she enrolled herself in ORIFLAME on 20th nov 2013.
After joining Oriflame when she understood the Success Plan and the amazing income behind it, she started crazily working for same. People around her tried to snap her down or sometimes made fun of her saying “This is not a real business” “you will be a failure” “How much you gona earn by selling those lipsticks?” but she took every criticism with a smile and whenever she felt like giving up she remember those words of people and felt she is stronger than all this.
In 4 months of joining she turned manager & Senior Manager in 8 months. A simple college going girl was handling a network of 200 people.

Also became Director at 21 with A CASH AWARD OF 50000 RS and completed both her degrees.

Later she was featured on Oriflame’s magazine & Website, got 20 free national & international conferences, won few competitions on national level, free gifts like MacBook, TV, skincare device, Smartphone more gifts to list were achieved by her as a part of success plan. She was also invited as a JUDGE at Reubs Higher Secondary School. Even at a event she shared her success journey in front of 1000 people.
It was not always bed of roses, there came a time where 2020 changed everything for everyone and aishwarya was no different. Surely her business collapsed in lockdown but it only took a month to resume to existing sales. She launched her own community space named “Building Boss Babe” in April 2020. Aishwarya & her team started working in new areas for development and during covid-19 it was a task to get people back to work as more of them were enjoying their leisure phase. But she & her team were determine to grow so they shifted their whole business digitally and shared working via Facebook, instagram, whatsapp and zoom calls as everyone were all day long were on their smartphones. They promoted to utilise smartphone to max and develop their network. Later in quite short spam building boss babe family expanded from 400 to 1000.
- Aishwarya was recognised as fastest growing leader from (April-Sep 2020)
- Also 15+ new managers, 3 senior managers, 1 director were developed in a year.
- She got her 2 new designations as Senior Director with a cash award of 75000 RS (NOV 2021) and later to Gold Director with cash award of 1 Lakh RS (July 2021).
- In May 2021 she managed to get herself ranked as Top 13TH leader across Oriflame Gujarat.
- Even she was part of "Oriflame Young Entrepreneur" program which was organised by Head of South Asia Mr Fredric Widell.
- Even her written article "How to shoot fun & engaging content from smartphone" was featured in Oriflame Newsletter oct-dec 2021
- Latest in Feburary 2022 She was featured in a Digital "IOWN Magazine" sharing her life journey.

Her dream is to create more bossbabes who will be earning 50k or more with Building Boss Babe community. And to book a full plane of her network who will be travelling together to an oriflame conference someday.
Her motto for life is
“Six months of consistency & smart work can put you five years ahead in life”
